Found a Record of Interest and Need a Copy?
No Problem, We Have You Covered.

For a modest donation, one of our volunteers will retrieve the record and make you a copy.
Each record requested is $5…, except Marriage Certificates which are $10 each.

1) You can select the records online from one of our search pages and pay through our electronic secured checkout. Payments accepted electronicall include Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Venmo. All checkout is handled by Paypal but you do not need a PayPal account to use this feature. If you encounter any problems, please let us know.

2) You can email us with any questions and we will look up the record for you. Once the record is verified we will send you an electron invoice by email with a link to the secured checkout where you will be able to pay either by Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, or Venmo. All checkout is handled by Paypal but you do not need a PayPal account to use this feature. If you encounter any problems, please let us know.

3) To order by mail, send the Name(s), OCGS Record ID(s), and $5 or $10 per record (whichever applies) along with a Check or Money Order only. Include your email address or a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope). Mail to Okmulgee County Genealogical Society (OCGS) c/o Traci Lewis 1804 Oakview Rd, Okmulgee, OK 74447.

Additional donations are welcomed, all donations are used to purchase genealogical books and materials for the Okmulgee Public Library’s Genealogical Dept. and to promote the education of genealogy and historical events.
