Found a Record of Interest and Need a Copy?
No Problem, We Have You Covered.

For a modest fee, a volunteer will retrieve the record and make you a copy.
Each record requested is $5…, except Marriage Certificates which are $10 each.

1) Select records directly from our online search pages by clicking “Order” button and proceed to our secure electronic checkout.
* Accepted Payments: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Venmo.
* Note: All transactions are securely processed through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account to check out.

2) Order via Email Invoice.
Email us your request, and we will look up the record for you. Once verified, we will email you an electronic invoice containing a secure checkout link.
* Accepted Payments: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Venmo. (Processed through PayPal; no account required).

3) Order by mail
Send a written request with the Name(s), OCGS Record ID(s) of the cocuments you need, along with your payment. Please include your email address or a self addressed stamped envelope (SASE).
* Cost: $5 or $10 per record (whichever applies).
* Accepted Payments: Check or Money Order only.
